Tips for allergy relief?

Question by Mike: Tips for allergy relief?

In summer and spring I can’t even step outdoors without mucus pouring out of my nose non stop. I also have asthma and allergy-induced asthma, which basically means sometimes allergies can effect me so badly that I have a hard time breathing, or if I start breathing hard my allergies will act up.

I take Zyrtec and have tried other allergies pills, and they help a little but make me so tired and light headed they almost aren’t even worth it. I have also tried allergy shots but they gave me a severe reaction called anaphylaxis so I had to give them up.
