Question by Mom to 2 lil boys and LOVE THEM: Does this sound like a food allergy?
The last time I had a milkshake I had a bad pain in the middle of my chest, right in between of my ribcage, as well as a migraine headache that lasted 2 days. I ate cheese the other day, and the same thing happened. Ibuprofen did not help my bad headache and the pharmacist said to take Gas-Ex to help with the chest pain, but that did not help one bit either. I took Pepcid as well, but no relief
I eat cereal with milk in it, but I don’t have any problems, though I don’t drink the milk.
I don’t know what is the matter, maybe one of you has experienced this?

VERY itchy burning eyes! I have had this for about a week and I am ready for some relief. I have itched them so much that they seem swollen and just are irritated all the time. What can i do for some relief? And what could be causing this? Is allergy season starting back up again?

My eyes are watering, my one eye I can hardly see out of. My throat is sore, I feel achey, and my nose is running. I took Claritin a few hours ago, but not relief. I just feel miserable and I have a house to clean and a baby to take care of

Every year from late fall to early summer, I get this “cold” that wont go away. It starts off as a runny nose, sneezing, cough, and then it stays. All fall, winter, and spring long. I have this productive cough that produces this thick green mucus. The same stuff comes out of my nose. I have a fever on and off, but nothing that warrants extreme measures. This year I actually had a productive, gross cough for about 2 weeks before any other symptoms appeared. My chest is tight when I breath but I’m not sure if this is from my lungs or from my sore chest muscles from coughing so much. I also have these coughing fits when my lungs are exposed to cold air. I just cough and cough until I warm up. This is what I’ve done over the past few years that had NOT worked:

I’ve been sick for 2 weeks and a few days ago I saw my doctor. I thought it was just really bad allergies. She said, yes, it’s really bad allergies and I have a severe sinus infection on top of it. She put me on Amoxicillian 875 mg, twice per day, and 2 prescrption allergy meds, twice per day. I’m still dry coughing and I cannot stand it! I’ve been through just about all the cough syrups there is, plus Alka Seltzer Sinus and Allergy, Sudaphed PH, Drixoral, regular Alaverts, Delysm and everything I can think of and I’m SO sick of this cough. Is there anything I can honestly get relief by taking???? I’m so sick of cough drops that as soon as they tough my mouth I’m nauseated from them.
Does the apple cider and water thing really work?
Any other remedies you all may know of to calm this hack?
Also, I’ve already tried Benadryl and Max. Benadryl both, no luck for the cough relief department.

How much water do you drink? Is it purified water, bottled or straight out of the tap? Do you drink one or more caffeinated beverages every day? Do you shower in chlorinated water?
