Natural relief of allergies?

does anyone know of any good and effective natural allergy medications or alternative therapies or medications i can take to help my allergies? i have really bad ones, and the bee pollen i am taking does not work well….i used to take claritin and allegra but i no longer want to take OTC harmful synthetic drugs…. a decongestant would be helpful also:)
any specific brands would be helpful!:)

Allergy Relief……………….?

I suffer from cat, dog, pollen, dust, dust mite and some other mild things. Ive tried Zyrtec, Benadryl, Nasal Sprays, Nose Gels and the neti pot. Ive stopped using all medicine about a year ago. But Have started working in a Animal Shelter and need my allergy’s have really started to flair up bad. What i want to know is, what allergy relief thing do you use and what is most effective. And do you know of any new things i can try. Thanks

Any relief out there for eye allergies?

I’ve tried Walitin (Walgreens version of Claritin), allergy eye drops and rinsing my sinuses. My eyes are so sore and irritated I have to take Motrin for some relief.

Help for Severe Sinus and Allergy relief???

My sister has had severe sinus and allergies for years, she has taken almost everything on the market, even shots from the Dr. but the shot is suppose to last 3 months, and she barely gets past 1-2 months. Like today, she did not sleep good, and gets sores below her nose it hurts so bad. She has to carry around a towel a lot. Any idea’s from someone who knows what this is like and/or what might she try? Also how could I forget, ” the headaches!!!”, can’t take asprin, advil, or anything that would upset your stomache.
