Question by renee_rabbit_cough: does anyone know anything about allergiclear, all natural allergy relief. Or anything about supplements in it?
AllergiClear contains the following natural ingredients:
Quercitin is a well known flavonoid, usually found mostly in onions and apples and is considered to be a ‘building block’ for other flavonoids. Flavonoids are important and powerful anti-oxidants found in fruits, vegetables and herbs and can also reduce inflammation, boost immunity, strengthen blood vessels and improve circulation. Quercitin is known for its ability to block the release of histamine, thereby preventing allergy symptoms like swollen nasal passages, congestion, sneezing, watery eyes and itchiness in eyes and nose. Other benefits include reduced risk of heart disease, stroke and cataracts, anticancer properties and the ability to promote stable blood sugar levels.

Question by ~Claire~ FutureFilmmaker: Cold/allergy nasal congestion relief?
Hey there!
I just came down today with either super terrible allergies or a cold or sinus infection.
Symptoms:
* TERRIBLE nasal congestion
* Low off and on again fever
* Sinus Headaches
* (sorry, TMI) Really off colored, runny nasal mucus
* Sorta achey
* Symptoms lessen during the day and are horrible at night and in the morning.
* I have canker sores if that means anything.
* There’s an outbreak of a lot of sicknesses in my school.. EVERYONE seems to be sick.
* Lethargic
* Hungry and thirsty a lot.. but when I get a hold of food or water it isn’t very appetizing.
* And a new symptom.. a little tickle in my throat. Not all the time, but it’s there.
Any suggestions how to lessen symptoms? Any idea of what I have? And if it’s a cold.. how to make it not as contagious? I play basketball and I don’t want to get the whole team sick… :/
