For over ten years now I’ve battled eye problems. I know this seems like a long time to put things off, but I have three kids who always seem to need the doctor more than me!
The symptoms: The worst is the feeling that I have scratched my eye, or that there is something in it. Less severe symptoms sometimes include slight discharge (clear), though I think this might just be my body trying to “fix” whatever the problem is. The scratched feeling is much more frequent in my right eye, and always seems to be in the same spot (just above the iris), but nothing is visible.
The time: More frequent from April to September, but it is NOT restricted to these months. Also more common when I am tired, but can happen at any time. In the peak months I may have to use ice packs 3-5 times a week; other months it might be once every few weeks.

Since acupuncture brings back balance and stimulates the body’s natural healing process, acupuncture for pain treatment is holistic in nature.Restoring balance and strengthening the immune system are the aims of Chinese medicine acupuncture. The human body is a composite organism that it has its own ability to repair itself. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the tongue and pulse are considered vital diagnostic tools. Your tongue’s color and its coating will be examined by the acupuncturist.
Although acupuncture allergy treatment is often recommended and there are several good reasons for this, there are also known different means of treating allergies. Relief from pain can be experienced through acupuncture and it controls nausea. There are more than three hundred different types of cancer diseases that affect almost every area of the human body. Related to the arms and legs are the twelve standard ones and encompass all the body’s major systems. All of these are divided into two groups, known as the yin and the yang, which are correlating functions.

i’m having some pretty wicked post nasal drip which is causing my trachea to hurt like a sonofabitch. i have tried gargling, nasal irrigation, etc and these give only temporary relief. i’ve tried taking sudafed sinus and allergy (decongestant and antihistamine) and that doesn’t help that well either. my trachea still hurts like mad. the only thing that helps right now is taking massive amounts of advil, but if i keep going at this right my liver is going to fall out. i can’t get any sleep without OD’ing on advil, and even then i can only get about 4 hours until the advil wears off and i’m waking up because my trachea is so F-ing sore. the back part of my sinus cavity right above my uvula is also pretty sore. my trachea mainly hurts right near the notch between my clavicles, and it hurts when i breathe.
what gives? should i see a doctor? i really don’t want to invest doctor time right now.

Methylsulfonymethane, i.e. MSM, is a naturally occurring sulfur compound. MSM comes from plankton which releases dimethylsulfonium into the water. It is then oxidized into MSM as it reaches the surface of the water due to the presence of ozone and ultraviolet light. MSM then dissolves into the atmosphere moisture and returns to the earth in the form of rain and snow. Plants then absorb MSM into their structure. In the plant MSM and other minerals are bonded with carbon making them into a compound that animals and humans can absorb. MSM is essential for our nutrition. It is found in every cell in our bodies and is a vitally important for the structure and function of other compounds such as hormones, enzymes, antibodies, antioxidants, collagen and immunoglobulin. MSM maintains cell membrane flexibility and permeability helping to make the exchanges of nutrients and waste products function effeciently.

Relieving pain has been a primary goal for many doctors, specialists, and individuals. With some many drugs available, it is important to find the right medicine that will help and natural pain relief is very important. Often, individuals are wary of using prescription drugs and over the counter medicines because of the purported side effects. No one wants to suffer from pain, especially when it is debilitating to our normal functions. Arthritis is an especially painful malady that affects a great many individuals. This malady affects individuals daily and they must seek relief from any pain reliever that might help.
Speaking with a physician about natural methods may help you find a better way to deal with the pain you might feel. Natural pain relief is an idea that is becoming more important to solving a great deal of pain. We are going back to our roots when medicines did not exist as widely as they do today and individuals sought herbal remedies. I’m looking for some homeopathic all-natural herbal or organic remedies to help with:
1) Pain alleviation.
2) Insomnia.
To start anyways. Recommendations other than scripts/OTC drugs would be appreciated. (I do not like to take scripts unless absolutely necessary as most times they are narcotics, and i do not like putting those things into my body.)
A physical building up of a tolerance for certain medications (even OTCs) can precipitate a loss of effectiveness, hence the physical need to ingest a larger dosage which can result in either a chemical dependency or damage to liver/kidneys and other organs. This is less likely with natural or homeopathic remedies.

Sinus Pain Relief
Let me guess: You’re researching sinus pain relief because you or someone in your family has been besieged by sinus headaches. I am Mark Hawyes, and I have become an expert on sinus problems. I suffered for years from this universal condition, but I learned a way to beat it. I can help you beat it, too.
We have several sinus cavities in several areas of the body, but most often when we are talking about sinuses we are discussing those in the head. We have four pairs of sinuses that, when negatively affected, contribute to headache. The frontal sinuses are behind the prominent bones of the forehead. They are centered above your nose. The ethmoid sinuses are just about where our glasses pinch the nose. You will find the maxillary sinuses residing behind the cheekbones, and the sphenoid sinuses are below our temples. There are passages that connect the eyes and ears to the rear of the throat, with the openings for the other sinuses. The sinuses fill with mucus in order to perform their work. The mucus helps them to stop dirt and foreign objects before they reach our inner organs. Mucus also helps to moisten and heat the air in our sinuses passages. They also provide an air cushion to protect the head, and they give us the individual qualities of our voices.
