my 3 month old baby girl always seems to have a cold, runny nose, congestion and the cough that wont go away.?

her doc. says that she has allergies in her chest, and that shes too young to get tested for asthma, but i do use a nebulizer for relief. does anyone have/had kids who have had allergires this YOUNG? did it get better when they got older?

my daughter had alot of this, since she was born, they told me their wasn’t alot they could do about it since she was so young, so every four hours i was spray saline in her nose and suction it out, that helped alot. and gave her vapor baths.
it also gets better as they get older, or atleast in my daughters case
I was a terrible asthmatic as a child, and was hospitalised often. My mum learned to do things to alleviate or prevent it. Always keep a dust-free home, it is incredibly important. Vacuum once every one or two days. Make sure you’re not in a damp or cold enviroment, as cold air aggravates asthma.
Massage your babys chest and back with aromatherapy oils like lavender. At nigh leave some aromatherapy oil mixed with vix or likewise in a bowl of hot water under the cott. The baby will slowly breath this in and will be soothed
Good luck, the first 5 years are toughest with asthma (if that is indeed what your baby has), but most kids grow out of it by puberty
My step daughter was told she had allegeries when she was like 6 months. and my daughter had pnemunia at like 1 and then 5 months of age.
Be careful who is around your baby, they catch bacterias from anything really quick. If you see someone with a cold or sick, don’t let them get close to your baby. Make sure everything is clean around the baby at all times. Maybe it is an allergy, and sometimes they do get better as they grow, but I would not count on it. Coconut oil is very good for getting the immune system get stronger, it can avoid future colds and allergy’s. Since your baby is so young you might want to give him or her one 1/2 teaspoon every day. You will see that colds will be something of the past. You don’t have to agree with me, but do the research on the Internet. I use it all the times myself and I never get sick any more. When I stop taking it for a while I noticed that I get sick in no time again.
