First know what allergies you have, peanuts, plants, cat dander, horse danger, dogs, hay, dust, mold, perfumes, strawberries etc, note the varieties. Next if it is nasal I would suggest Flonase nasal spray or ask you General Practitioner about it. Next if this has not cleared you nasal passages up, you might need antibiotics, see the Doc, also hears generally clear up if you use the right drugs. Hope this helps.</description>
