How to deal with spring allergies?
I’m 17. (not sure if that matters) and I have terrible allergies ever since I moved up to the Sacramento Area (El dorado county to be specific), I used to live on the coast and never had these problems. But I just sneezed literally 11 times and now my head hurts, my eyes are watery and my nose runs constantley, it is also stuffed up. It has cost me three nights of sleep from not being able to breathe, and the running and sneezing is unbearable. I would take medicines in a heartbeat but I am EXTREMLEY allergic to Benadryl so much that is almost killed me. So I am very paranoid about taking any allergy pills, any natural relief from this crap?

First of all…that was your mistake for moving up north. Not because of the people…but, the area. I moved up to Sacramento from the bay area 11 years ago and my allergies exploded like crazy. No one told me that the Sacramento region was the worst place to move to if you have allergies. I get allergy shots because mine are that bad. Good luck! Now that ive gotten my shots…I’m much better.
