Can a Natural Allergy Relief Help

Years ago alternative natural remedies were seen as some type of voodoo approach to your health. Over the years there has been more scientific research and a bigger interest from people generally in seeking natural remedies and removes our dependency on drugs. Drugs are increasingly become less effective as diseases adapt to them and can now survive, where previously they could not.

Allergy symptoms include itching, having watery eyes, a continuous runny nose, swelling, hives , rashes or a combination of these symptoms. The type of  allergy can be the same in different people but they can display different symptoms, but the causes are the same.  Food allergies usually result in nausea, vomiting, stomach pains or in severe cases, they can cause a life threatening reaction. These symptoms become obvious when our immune system that is there to protect our bodies from harmful, foreign substances cannot defeat the cause of the allergy. Your body is telling you it needs help to get well again.  Usually the body does cope quite well.

So, now I’m heading toward the drug store to get some allergy pills. It’s killing me. I can’t concentrate and feel really really really bad. Please, recommend me any effective pills. I was thinking about benadryl because I’ve used them before, but some people say that zyrtec is better. Claritin doesn’t work for me. Ugh and one more question are zyrtec sold at rite aid?

Write something that is effective because I’ve already been ripped off by these natural pills. I think they worsened my symptoms. They are called “allergy relief”. don’t buy them. They don’t work…

I thought I was allergic to ragweed, but thought it would be over, or nearly over, by now. It’s rated as “low” for my area, but I’m still miserable. My sinuses are so blocked, it’s like trying to breathe through a brick wall, especially at night. It’s affecting my quality of life. I’ve been taking antihistamines for a couple of months now, with not much relief. Is anyone still suffering from ragweed allergies?

Anyone have any good natural “cures” for seasonal allergies? I hate taking drugs everyday for this long!

How are you dealing with it? Is your normal routine working OK or are you having to do something extra? I usually just take Claritin, but it’s not doing enough to provide relief. My eyes are really bothering me! Have any good allergy eye drops to recommend? If anyone has tried natural remedies that have worked for them, please share your knowledge. I’m really suffering this year!
Like I can freaking afford medical care?!

My symptoms include constant runny nose, itchy, watery eyes, somewhat blocked sinuses, sneezing, coughing, and recently, I have lots of difficulty breathing accompanied by wheezing. I’m planning on taking a hot shower and possibly picking up some local honey tomorrow. I refuse to take any drugs, so don’t bother suggesting it because I’ve heard it 1000 times. Any suggestions other than Quercetin and the like? Also, I don’t currently have the option to buy an air purifier. I drink a decent amount of water and green tea, don’t consume dairy, and pretty much the only sugar I consume comes from fruits. Please, please, please help me!!

If you suffer from some kind of allergy then you will know, only too well, how rotten and miserable they can make you feel and in order to get relief from your problem, you probably take a trip to the local drug store to get some form of medication.

However, people are becoming increasingly concerned about these drug based medications, because of the potential side effects that they can produce, such as drowsiness which in some circumstances can be dangerous. Consequently there is a groundswell of interest in ways to get effective natural allergy relief which does not produce any adverse side effects.

Natural Allergy Relief

Allergy:  Your immune system defends the body against infections, injuries, cancer and damaging substances. Sometime however, it can overreact attacking a foreign substance that is normally harmless. When the body comes into contact with an allergen it releases histamine in an attempt to fight off the allergen. This release due to the allergy will cause symptoms common to allergies like inflammation, sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes. This response is an allergy.
