Maybe I have a mold allergy?

I was in a house 3 days ago that had some mold growing on the back of the old carpet that had been ripped up 2-3 days before I was there. I only spent 3 hours there but after wards my right eye and right nostril would not stop running. The next day I awoke to both of my eyes severely swollen, blue around my eyelids, and both nostrils running. Like I said, it’s been 3 days, my eyes feel like every time I blink that I’ve got rubbing alcohol in them. The burning will NOT go away. I already went to my general doctor, who gave me antibiotic eye drops, however those are not helping. I’ve been taking Zyrtec-D since this started, a daytime sinus med, and benadryl, but nothing is relieving my symptoms. I’ve never been so miserable! I guess my question here is…what kind of doctor can I go to to get some sort of relief from these burning eyes?

I am asking this for myself and my sister. Both of us have horrible Spring/Summer allergies to pollen, mold, mildew, grass…all the usual culprits.

So my question is, what are some natural/holistic remedies we can use to have some relief–even if it’s just 2-3 hours of temporary comfort? Me, I sneeze so much most mornings, I throw myself into asthma attacks and I get horrible headaches.

I live near a Whole Foods so I can get stuff from there. My sister is in a rural area, so what can I do to help her out?
