Just about everyone around you has suffered from some type of allergy at some time and who wants to be running to the doctor all the time? Wouldn’t you rather deal with it naturally and/or find the underlying cause and de4al with it whenever possible.
Allergy relief does not have to be complex or worrisome because of the harsh chemicals. You also must remember that most modern medicine cures do no more than mask your symptoms.

I am allergic to mold. The count inmy area is high right now, Kansas City. I am really suffering. I have taken some of the otc meds but they dont do much. Any otc meds you reccomend for mold allergies? I dont have much time to go to the doctor or to an allergy clinic so, I am looking for some immediate relief. I need it to be non-drowsy since I need to be functional during the day. Thank you.

Sinus allergy is a very common illness, which fortunately is not life threatening in most cases. However, its symptoms can wear you down especially if you do not know the source of your allergens. Certain drugs can also cause drowsiness or other side effects. You may wish to consider natural remedies for sinus allergy, as safer alternatives to provide relief.
You may often find that you need to stay in bed when your symptoms become severe. Some of the most common symptoms that you may have to contend with include sneezing, coughing, sore throat, runny nose, and more. Here are a few examples of natural remedies for sinus allergy:

Nasonex is used to treat and prevent nasal symptoms such as congestion, sneezing, and runny nose caused by seasonal or year-round allergies. The nasal spray works on symptoms that are caused by pet dander, grass pollen, tree pollen and dust mites. It contains a steroid medication that fights inflammation.

My symptoms include constant runny nose, itchy, watery eyes, somewhat blocked sinuses, sneezing, coughing, and recently, I have lots of difficulty breathing accompanied by wheezing. I’m planning on taking a hot shower and possibly picking up some local honey tomorrow. I refuse to take any drugs, so don’t bother suggesting it because I’ve heard it 1000 times. Any suggestions other than Quercetin and the like? Also, I don’t currently have the option to buy an air purifier. I drink a decent amount of water and green tea, don’t consume dairy, and pretty much the only sugar I consume comes from fruits. Please, please, please help me!!

Unlike others who are pollen sensitive, my worst allergies are to mold and dustmites. I work hard to keep my environment clean, but living in classic old city buildings means there is only so much I can do. I’m tired of walking around with red eyes and “allergy shiners” all the time. Nothing has really worked since they took Seldane off the market… Benadryl gives some relief but makes me so drowsy I can hardly work. Can’t afford expensive allergy shots,, don’t want to do cortisone, and I would rather use natural remedies anyway. Help?
